Prices are totals. VAT not charged; not VAT registered. Payment terms: 50% deposit, balance on delivery. Invoiced by Agent Guardrails; every invoice carries the trader's legal name and address.
The instalment links take a 50% deposit before work starts and the same amount again on delivery. Use them only after we have agreed scope in writing. Stripe issues an invoice automatically.

You provide
API docs or OpenAPI spec, a sandbox or test credentials, a list of the tools you want, where it will be deployed.

Scope
- Up to 5 workflows rebuilt in n8n
- Self-hosted or n8n cloud

Exclusions
More than 5 workflows; running your server after handover; fees for n8n cloud or hosting; rebuilding integrations with no available API.
You provide
Exports or screenshots of each workflow, access to the connected apps (test accounts where possible), the target n8n setup.
Process
- Quote. Tell us what you need at hello@agentguardrails.app. You get a written quote with scope, exclusions and dates.
- Deposit. You accept the quote and pay 50%. The clock starts when we also have access.
- Build. The work is done with AI agents under the operator's direction.
- Review. A human reviews and tests everything before you see it.
- Handover. You receive the deliverables and the balance invoice. Payment is due on delivery.
Work outside scope gets a separate written quote. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.

How we use AI
The operator uses AI coding agents to draft code, tests and documents quickly. Every deliverable is read, tested and edited by a human before it reaches you. The operator is responsible for the result. We only give agents the access needed for your task, and we do not paste your confidential material into tools beyond those named in your quote. Our standard tools are Claude Code (Anthropic), GitHub, and the open-source agent-guardrails plugin. If you do not want AI used on your project, say so when you request a quote.
