14-day refund if not downloaded. You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you have not downloaded the files.
After download. At checkout you agree that the files are delivered immediately and that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once you download them. After that, we consider refunds case by case, for example if the files are faulty, do not open, or are not as described. We will try to fix the problem first.
Your legal rights. This does not affect your statutory rights, including for faulty digital content.
How to ask. Email hello@agentguardrails.app with your order number. We reply within 5 working days. Refunds go to your original payment method through Gumroad.

Cancellation before work starts: the deposit is refunded in full.
Cancellation after work starts: you pay for work done to that point, based on the quote. We refund the rest.
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we will fix it at no cost. If we cannot, we will refund the affected part.
Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right for services, and if you ask us to start within that period you must pay for work done to the point of cancellation. Services are sold to businesses. If you buy a service as a consumer, your statutory cancellation rights apply and we will tell you before any work starts.
